The Waukesha Business Improvement District is proud to host the Carl Zach Cycling Classic in Historic Downtown Waukesha. Couri Insurance is presenting the 15th Anniversary Edition of this event. The day includes a full slate of racing starting at 9AM, with the Kiddie Klassic at 5:30 PM and the Professional race starting at 6PM.

This years event includes the ULTIMATE LAP, a special prime for the Pro Race. Members of the community can be a part of the Ultimate Lap by purchasing a limited edition t-shirt with the Carl Zach Cycling Classic logo created by nationally renowned artist, Chuck Weber. For $20, supporters will receive the one-of-a-kind shirt, along with a ticket for a brat and beverage to enjoy on Race Day. The more limited edition shirts sold, the greater the purse becomes, topping out at $3,000+. Shirts are on sale now at: Allo Chocolat!, 234 W. Main St.; Almont Gallery, 342 W. Race Type: Criterium

Course Length: 0.8 mile (No shortened course this year!)

Course Description: Flat/shallow climb with 8 turns in Historic Downtown Waukesha and surrounding neighborhoods

Directions: Take I-94 W toward Madison. Take the Hwy. F Exit (Exit 295) and follow Hwy. F south toward Waukesha City Center. Continue straight south on North St. Turn left at the Walgreens on Madison St. and follow the signs to the race. Rider parking is in the parking lot at the intersection of St. Paul and Madison streets. Additional parking at the Library and the Riverfront lot between Waukesha State Bank and the Salvation Army Thrift Store. RIDERS please do not park on the streets in the central business district.
