Lake Front Road Race (Short Course)

This race is run on a portion of the long course used later in the event near downtown Milwaukee. Each lap of the closed course includes a switch-back climb up the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan and a gently-curving steep descent back down to the lakefront.

Course Description: One hill

Directions: At the downtown interchange take I-794 E to the Lake Front Exit/Lincoln Memorial Drive. Turn left at the base of the exit heading North on Lincoln Memorial Dr. Start/Finish is at Bradford Beach parking lot. Distance from downtown Milwaukee: 3 miles (5 minutes). Roadmap
