Volunteer

Want a chance to meet the riders up close? Looking for a great view of the race? There are many opportunities to experience these benefits and "get inside" the Point Premium Root Beer International Cycling Classic by volunteering. Our races take place in communities throughout Eastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois and we depend on volunteers in each community to fill a variety of roles.

You can get involved by volunteering for just a few hours or by helping out during the entire event. Here are some of the areas where volunteers are needed:

  • Host Riders. We always need more host homes for riders
  • Course Marshal. Have a front-row seat for the race and help ensure the safety of riders and spectators. This is an easy but essential job and a great way for cycling clubs, Boy Scout troops, or other organizations to get involved!
  • Course Setup & Takedown. All of the equipment needed to create the race course is transported to each new race venue, sometimes twice per day. We can always use more hard workers to help with setup and takedown at selected locations.
