Having the opportunity to witness pro cycling I was convinced SATURN was a natural to sponsor the spectator friendly International Cycling Classic. My involvement over fifteen years included contracts, the assignment of pace and support vehicles plus a hands on approach to sign and promotional activities.

 

The exposure to our products was amazing. Our SATURN pace cars were out front on every lap of every race, and the race announcers did a terrific job of pointing out various features and our store locations. Having static displays staffed by our sales people or marketing specialists gave us a presence that I have not seen from other sponsors.

 

I retired as SATURN was disbanded by General Motors, but "SUPERWEEK" the International Cycling Classic moves ahead every year and is just getting bigger and better. I invite all to come and participate at the races. Be a cheering spectator, feel the rush of the wind created by the world class riders and just hang out at the one and only "SUPERWEEK".
